OMG LOL ..... HAHAHAHA.... THAT'S JUST FUNNY! But she's just not a nurse, She's super Lieutenant nurse, First class LOL!!!

To be honest I thought she would be having med kits with her help wounded ppl, with advanced tech that would treat wounds faster. It is like twenty thousand years from now right?

I don't see how that's funny.

My character just happens to be very smart. NOt everyone is a fighter. She could hold her own in a fight, but I think she could keep her job I guess. That doesn't means she's weak or stupid. Just a very smart, independent, keeps to herself woman. And she's got a fashion sense. :grrrr: :grrrr:

I know it was just kind of funny that... She's a nurse when I thought she was in higher rank in the health department. EX: (like my father WAS) repertory therapist? or even better, doctor.

Calm down Raptor... I didn't say anything other than it was kind of funny. You’re making thing look worse than what it is. PLZ don't manipulate my words.

If I was right She would be more likely a higher rank than nurse. IF I AM RIGHT ON THAT! then she would be Three times more important than anyone else on the team. Especially to my char. Honestly would you think we would last long without a medic helping us when we get harmed.

Is there something wrong with her being a nurse? Being a nurse is funny? :eyebrow:

Seriously, ya'll need to step off and calm down. The thread hasn't even started yet and you're already at each other. I suggest you make nice and knock it off for the sake of the story. This is looking to be a long one so you're gonna be together for a long time.

yep.... (Draca like I said your still VERY important in this RP.)

not meant to cause trouble, just trying to say that Draca's rank in the health field might be higher than Nurse if she is "best of the best." Then again I’m not into the Med field stuff (unlike my dad ) so I'm going to do a little research on the subject .

Ciarda as usual, is right. So I will make nice for the sake of the story and others. :D

I guess I sure post more about my character. She's a bit of a beauty/rodeo queen. She's always changing her hairstyles, and is as quite as mouse. The first thing people notice about Naomi(other than her eye) is her fashion sense. She's basically a fashion diva. She likes music and is a tech/medic wizard.

Drakel: keep ooc comments, no matter how small, in this thread. and to be honest you didn't need to excuse your characters attitude with an ooc post. I'm quite capable of working with it :D.
also PCFSS check! punctuation, capitals, full stops, sense and spellings. I know no-one is perfect, but it does make a huge difference to the readability of a post.

Good point, there Fyre, no matter how many times i go over that long post i made i keep finding more typo's. heres a tip drakal reread your own stuff 3-4 times atleast and correct anything you find before posting.

heh i should take my own advice.

btw all of you feel free to decide where you land, but i'd like a small personal journey from each of you so please dont land too close to the ship.

kk I'll try it. maybe It'll help.

I'm sorry for that one small OOC Fyre, but...well, you know, some ppl that are not use to IC conflicts might take thing a little personally.

BTW ward, I kind of realized that you are having some trouble spelling Valadorrum. I know it's a long (made up) word sooo..... Thought you should know that his race is also called "a Wraith" for short terms. :D thought it would be a little something just to help people talk about my char's race without having to write Valadorrum all the time.

Ok everyone try to use most of the time allotted for reaching the ship as we don't want people there within only 2 hours of walking, that would be too easy, try to shoot for between 8-11 hours and if you want to try to do a sort of "just made it, you guys almost left me" that is good too.

Just try to take your time and not be a speed demon at getting there. My char will take 6 hours and 23 minutes to arrive but he is Lt Cmdr so he is Expected to arrive earlier than everyone else as hinted by Wardonis when he said for everyone to arrive by 17:00 and then said he expected James ready and on the ship by 13:00 (giving me only 8 hours to arrive whereas you all have 12)

Drakel I do think thats the best post you've done i've seen, however its not CAPTION its CAPTAIN plz make a note, just do a sticky pad note or something lol :P

and FDI as 2nd in command its your job to handle the kinda secretarial stuff like checking the crew on board, you should also be on the bridge if i'm not, make sence? EDIT: rank has its privleges and its responsobilities also he has higher expectations of you since he trained you :D

Fyre, i'm sorry If i kinda rail roaded ya on that bit with the crates, I was trying to get started and with the orbatal drop i couldn't see a way to handle them, most likly anything like what you had in it could be fabricated with the equipment on board the ship.

and to everyone i apologize if my char is a bit of a "hard ass" just please be patient and you'll see what i have in mind. the char will evolve just as all of yours will. one thing to keep in mind is that point we have all selected (or will select) for the evolution of our chars.

Really? I didn't really know what to type (nor do I know what planet we are on and what race is on it) so I made a huge guess and suspect we are on an earth like planet with a small human colony that barely started about a year or so ago (not much time to build Giant cities but enough time to start a few small colonies)

IN ONTHER WORDS: I completely BSed it lol. I'll PM you what I have in mind for my char's travel when I get an idea. Just to make sure I'm on the same page with what you might have had in mind.

Thats kinda what I wanted from everyone, its not just my story its everyones, feel free to be creative, imagination is a wonderful tool, and yes it was a good post. the details are well done even though you still need to re read your stuff a bit more to catch the grammer and what not but imaginitve and creative, detailed but not over done.

personally i have a tendency to only spell check my RP posts, i type my ooc stuff blind fight but I actually write my RP in microsoft word and copy it over, even so I do a bunch of edits, just look at the number of times I edited the captains entrance.

The regeon here is very rocky with low sparse trees, almost like a rocky desert minus the sand and with many small patches of small trees, the Maelstrom is moored at a port at a small local town. remember not many places left in the galaxy that are held by a single race, very diverse populations.

Edit has everyone with a last name posted thier last name? if not please do your last name if you have one is what he will use to refer to you mostly, at least at first.

G :swear: D :swear: , could that Post get any longer FDI? Compare yours to Ward's and your post is longer LOL. O_o I didn’t expect that long of a post lol. Now I’m going to have to read YOUR post at least five times just to get every detail. Again!(ward)

My character is a "Miss America" wanna be so being on this planet with sand and stuff kinda pins her out of her element.

I'm trying to think on what to do next with her.

I swear FDI, You need at least five people screaming at you, STOP, just so you could slow down a bit lol. Your post is so long it's scary just to look at lol. Not to worry I like reading when I get into it, no big deal.

BTW I found out that your post is SLIGHTLY smaller that ward's (however I still hold the record on longest post ever created on the boards lol)
